I've very literally been listening to music since my conception; my parents thought it would make me smarter if I listened to classical music while in the womb. I can't claim to be a music connoisseur but I do love a good song. By the second grade, I'd listened to the entire original Broadway casting of The Phantom of the Opera, the Les Miserables tour, bits and pieces of Carmen and all sorts of oldies and classical pieces. My favorite Eagles member is Timothy B. Schmit, mostly known to me as "the guy with the long hair."To my chagrin, I have an atrocious sense of rhythm and have never learned to played any instrument successfully. After several fruitless and mangled attempts to master some sort of anything, I have decided to devote that time to worshiping the godly instead.
